Did a lot of home work found it to be an issue with Windows, the chipset and drivers.

In addition, where are you getting "set boot flash true"? Is that just coming from the console screen or are doing something that is setting the boot flash true? Also the connect and disconnect is possibly a windows chip/driver issue (long story) as I switched to Linux to avoid this (however I used windows to flash the machine) as didn't have the issue you are seeing but a general problem with windows reliably sending lengthy GCode sets as for some strange reason after about 30 min or so windows would disconnect. I would still try a different computer as that time doesn't seem right at all.

As on my Win7 Quad core its quite a bit longer, about 10 to 15 sec to compile and a minute to upload. Repetier-Host Mac is a user friendly host software to manage your 3d printer. So are saying the compile is done in 3.583 seconds or the upload? As for either that is way to fast indicating something is wrong unless you have a massive computer. Do you or anybody else have any suggestions or solutions? I'd GREATLY appreciate it. At this point I am ready to try just about anything to get this to work. I flashed it 2 more times and the same thing every time. Download the version of Repetier-Host for Mac 3. I flashed it (seemed to flash fine) and the light went off, but when I loaded the SAME EXACT FIRMWARE, the only thing that happened was the light turned back on(but it still had the black bars). The problem was when I turned it back on it had the black bars like the firmware had been reset, but the light was on.

So like I mentioned in your other thread, unless they really f*cked up the source, since there have been no major releases of Marlin (1.1.0 is coming but not ready yet), they are using a slightly modified version of 1.0.0. One more thing, if you look at their hardware for both the R1 and +PLUS there are only minor differences, the bed/heater is the same, the Hotend is the same, the Steppers are the same, the RAMPS/Arduino boards are the same, the only significant difference is the Z axis lead screws.

I would kindly ask them to provide source to comply with the OSS initiative, they must comply if they are using Marlin. They are specifically using an Open Source firmware, yet they have produced no source files nor made them available as per the Open Source standards. This is a real problem for Robo and does not look good for them. The latest stable release of the Repetier-Host for Macintosh comes already with everything you need.
